The song honours the global movement fighting against femicide and gender-based violence. With all monies generated from this only release going straight to the feminist group Level Up, who are building an interactive, virtual database of femicide victims across the UK and Chile, with a view to scaling up globally in the future.
The database is trans inclusive, and will serve as a source of public knowledge and campaigning tool in the fight against gender-based systemic violence.
If you're a fan of Petrol Girls then you're already aware of their sound - this latest single sees Ren and Co at their loudest and punkiest selves. The message in the song is one that needs to be communicated with rage, this track does not disappoint.
